Is there a minimum time frame my product needs to
be there?
We bill on a month to month basics. Whether you are here for
one day or the whole month you will be charged for that month.
If your product is not here at the starting of a new month
you won’t be charged.
My product is oversized. Will it fit in a rack slot?
If your product doesn’t fit in a conventional rack slot
of 4’ x 4’ x 4’ we have the options to put
your product in an oversized rack slot or in bulk space.
Are there extra charges to have my product handled
warehouse certified forklift drivers?
There are no extra charges to have a forklift certified drivers
handle your products. All of our warehouse employees to certified
to driver a forklift.
Can I customize how my account is run?
Yes you can. We have different options that are offered to
help you customize your account to make everything run smoothly.
We offer online inventory management where you have control
to what is released or we can operate your account at the
office.
Where are you located?
We are located off the Walkey exit in Ottawa, Ontario. The
first road on the right is Sheffield Road turn right at the
lights. Drive down approximately 400m and turn left on Leeds
Ave. we are the last building on the street. Stop by and see
us anytime, we’ll be glad to see you.
Can you handle my products?
We have dealt with an assortment of products in our 20 years
of services and will do our best with any product.
What if my product is too heavy to be stacked in
rack slots?
We have many bottom rack slots that heavier product take up
or we have bulk space that we can put your product in.
